Developed by Pineapple Management Advisory, the 'Pineapple 100™ Hotel Service Quality Assessment' is our independent, structured methodology for evaluating the overall hotel guest experience. It provides a comprehensive 100-point assessment supported by detailed operational observations, objective evaluation and practical management recommendations.
Emphasis is placed on the 'Guest Experience', service delivery and service recovery.
Problems areas will be analyzed thoroughly. Possible solutions to them will be suggested and discussed together with management. Often many new opportunities will be discovered in the course of the investigation.

Online 15-week Crash Course in Hospitality Management
Train employees to become professionals in just 15 weeks with Pineapple Hospitality FastTrack™. This advanced introductory course uses engaging techniques to provide an all-round understanding of hotel, travel and restaurant management.
No need to attend hotel school for three years, with our first class training program, your staff will become competent, knowledgeable and expert in just 15 weeks.
Course themes include essential general management concepts, hotel & transport pricing strategies, breakfast & beverage & food menu design, workplace welfare policies, guest-relations management, business-risk management, destination promotion, travel safety & security, business ethics, restaurant marketing, service quality assurance, franchising & management contracts, and finally innovative hospitality concepts.
8 hours/week of independent/group study on top of 2-hour interactive weekly meetings with course instructors. Participants receive a certificate of attendance.
